Substitution Policy AND Holiday Substitution 

We will do our best to fill your order as close as possible, however, substitutions of the item shown may be made of colour, choice of flowers/plants, containers, etc. due to availability. For example, if tulips or peonies are out of season we use similar size or colour to keep with the design.

 Bad Weather Policy

Same Day Delivery will not be available during Holidays and Incumbent weather.  Safety is our primary concern.
